Overview
The XC40-IP is an explosion-protected HD-IP PTZ camera station designed for use in hazardous areas in onshore, offshore, marine and heavy industrial environments.
It is constructed from electropolished 316L stainless steel for maximum corrosion protection and is fitted as standard with a sunshield, integral wiper and an integral thermostatically controlled heater element.
Fitted as standard in the XP40-IP is a choice of 10X or 18X optical zoom IP day-night cameras with full HD 1080p and H.264 and MJPEG compression. Both are ONVIF compliant and support fully open standards (OSA) HTTP API for ease of integration.
The XC40-IP is fitted as standard wirth a 3m conduit tail and can be specified with an external Ex e termination Enclosure or Ex d control panel containing an external power supply and Oxalis IP Encoder as required.
It can be specified with the Oxalis XWP pressurised washer pump as an option.
The conduit tail and be extended to a maximum of 15m for connection to an external Termination Enclosure (Ex e) or Ex d Transmission Panels for the installation of power supply, powered devices and additonal equipment.
The XC40 can be used in conjunction with Oxalis video management solutions but is designed to be compatible with most common video management systems.
